Perth Event Info

GATES OPEN 12.00PM.

SHUTTLE BUSES:
Free shuttle buses to and from the event will operate from Terrace Road, Perth (at the bottom of the steps to the Perth Concert Hall) from 11.15am.

PARKING:
Free parking will be available on Taylor Reserve (access from Taylor Street, Victoria Park).
Please note: Verge parking is not permitted on local streets and Rangers will be issuing fines for illegally parked vehicles.

DROP OFF / TAXI ZONE:
A dedicated drop off / pick up zone will be located on McCallum Park. Cars and taxis will enter off Taylor Street, Victoria Park.

TICKETS:
Limited tickets remain through ticketmaster.com.au (136 100) and the following retail outlets: 78 Records (Perth), Blue 62 (Busselton), Collins Music (Bunbury), DJ Factory (Northbridge), Geraldton CD Centre (Geraldton), Live Clothing (All Stores), Mills Records (Fremantle), Planet Video (Mt Lawley) and Vibes (Albany).

LINE-UP:
Occasionally changes to the line-up and / or program times occur that are out of the Promoter’s control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the line-up, program times and / or the date of the event without prior notification and refunds will not be available.


COLLECTIONS AND ENTRANCE:

If you don’t already have your ticket, we STRONGLY recommend you visit your local Ticketmaster outlet to collect them or if you bought them online, print them out before arriving at the event. If you have chosen the Ticketfast option then remember you will need to log into your Ticketmaster account in order to print the tickets. We want to make your entry as quick as possible! If you can’t get your tickets before the event, they can be collected on the day from the Ticket Box located at the Entry Gate.


CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated. No Pass Outs.

OVER 18s ONLY:

This event is strictly for those aged 18 years and over. Current photo ID must be shown upon entry to the event. The only acceptable forms of photo ID are: current Australian drivers license, current passport or current Australian proof of age card. Entry may be refused without adequate ID and there will be no refund on your ticket.


ATM:

There will be ATM facilities onsite.

 
DOs AND DON’Ts:
    •    No recording equipment (eg. video, tape recorders or professional cameras)
    •    No alcohol, soft drinks or food is allowed to be brought into the venue
    •    No glass items
    •    Drugs of any sort won’t be tolerated. Don’t be stupid and be safe.
    •    Sealed bottles of water are allowed (under 600ml are permited - one per person)
    •    Remember to slip, slop, slap!
