You turn your skills to the upfront club sounds of House and electro and ace the dance charts with a string of jaw-droppingly original cuts... Well you would if you are TAI (aka award winning producer Tai Jason), and he’s currently on fiiiyaaa.
After a childhood spent living around the world, from the UK to Thailand, as a teenager, TAI found his heart lay deep inside an MPC drum machine, and spent years collecting his legendary hip-hop beats and programming those effortless grooves. He has turned his production expertise to the club-floor producing cuts, from his stunning studio in Germany.
In 2009, TAI released his first single Lyposuct (Boyz Noize Rec.) with his good mate D.I.M, which has seriously turned heads all over the globe.
In 2010, he has released the jacking new single on Laidback Lukes label Mixmash named “Rocking The Set”, which Laidback Luke has been playing for the last half year in all of his sets. TAI has made a mix of the electronic breakthrough classic, “Exceeder” by Mason, a remix for Riton’s “Computer Juice” on Turbo Recordings, a remix of Etienne De Crecy's, "No Brain", a remix of Don Diabolo’s “Who’s your Daddy” for Sony, a remix of UK rapper Wiley’s new single, “Electric Boogaloo”, Autoerotique's "Freak", "Drop The Lime’s “Sex Sax”, a Dub-Step carve-up of Tomcraft’s epic Loneliness that is out on Kosmo at the moment plus Billy Idol’s world hit “White Wedding”.
Recently Dim Mak released TAI's record, “Paradise Poltergeist” which features Steve Aoki.
Also recently TAI has released a smashing clash with his buddy, Felix Da Housecat called, "TAIFelix".
And there is no end in sight, so that there will be many more collaborations coming up with artists like Bart B More, Tommie Sunshine, The Subs, Joachim Gaurrad and of course there is the new collaboration between D.I.M. & TAI.
Being one of the most unknown faces on today’s market he’s nevertheless an extremely high demanded remixer with releases on the top labels of the electronic music section, such as DIM MAK, Boys Noize, Southern Fried, Turbo, MIXMASH and others.
