COUNCIL HAS IGNORED YOUR OUTCRY

It seems all of your emails and phone calls have fallen on deaf ears. We urge you to remember this next time they ask you for support.

As time is against us we have decided not to pursue the matter into the Supreme Court.

The compromise that was put to council had only the health, safety and comfort of you, the patron as its central theme.

NO FENCE EXTENSION

Unfortunately we have to announce that there will be no extension this year.

NO TENTS

As a result of this there will be no room for tents at Summadayze 2006 so please refrain from bringing them to the event.

GATE TWO ENTRANCE

The main entrance will still be at gate two. This we know is not ideal but please bear with us and we will make sure we have enough staff to process you into the event as fast as possible.

Extra toilet blocks will only be located behind the bowl not ideal again. However they are on site so don't wait in toilet queues just make your way around the site to these extra blocks the location is shown on the event map.

STAY HYDRATED

We do remind you to be sun smart and stay hydrated. There
It would have been great to have some more trees on the site for shade.

BE SAFE

Also please remember to keep an eye out for your friends and be safe.
There will be plenty of friendly security guards on duty so if you have a problem please let them know.
